exoCortex Workspace
exoCortex Workspace is the self-service portal for employees. From a single place you can:
- open IT and HR service requests and follow their progress;
- work from your unified Inbox: tickets, approvals, documents to sign, announcements, tasks, surveys;
- manage your personal HR area: leave, payslips, contract, training, goals;
- use the IT services: catalogue, your assets, Knowledge Base, ticket rating.
Every action creates or updates a ticket, which follows a process: a sequence of stages with actions and approvals.
