Developer overview
The exoCortex integration API lets you connect your applications to the platform:
- the REST API v1 opens tickets, reads their status and adds comments;
- outbound webhooks send signed ticket events to your systems;
- inbound webhooks receive alerts and events from monitoring and security tools and from other ITSMs;
- SCIM 2.0 synchronises users and groups from your identity provider;
- the widget collects requests from your website.
