Sign-in and dashboard

exoCortex Desk is the portal your service provider makes available to your organisation. Your provider gives you the address: ⟦DA FORNIRE⟧ portal address format.

To sign in, you use your account credentials. The platform recognises your organisation from your account: you do not have to enter it. The sign-in page shows your organisation’s brand, if the provider has configured it.

At your first sign-in you may be asked to change your password. ⟦DA FORNIRE⟧ multi-factor authentication and password recovery on Desk.

On your first visit the portal asks for your cookie preferences. You can choose Essential only, Customise or Accept all. Essential cookies are needed for the portal to work.

On every page you find the top bar with:

  • Search everywhere: search across tickets, assets and articles;
  • Notifications: the updates that concern you;
  • Change theme: light or dark;
  • Language: the interface language;
  • Sign out: ends the session.

The side menu lists the portal pages. Some pages appear only if the matching service is in your contract: for example Service Status for managed network services or Security for managed security services.

The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. It summarises the status of the services you receive:

  • the Open Tickets, Waiting, Resolved 30d, Avg. Res. Time and SLA Compliance indicators;
  • service health, with the availability over the last 30 days and the list of your active services;
  • the trend of tickets opened and closed over the last 30 days;
  • tickets by priority and by category, and the average time by type;
  • Recent tickets, with the See all link to My tickets.

Refresh reloads the data; Export exports the dashboard.

If a major incident affecting your services is in progress, the portal shows a prominent warning. From the warning you open the Major Incident War Room, with the incident status and updates.
